Gift wrapping and packaging

We are unable to offer gift packaging or gift messages at this time. However rest assured all orders ship tracked and you may specially reach out to your recipient when their gift is delivered. No invoice is included in all orders.

How do I send my photo?

You can send your photo via contact messages or by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photo. There is no limit to the number of photos you can send. The more the merrier!

Do you offer proofs?

In order to get your custom product to you as soon as possible we do not automatically offer proofs. If you'd like a proof please add a note at checkout and we would be happy to offer one. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work with you to reach a resolution,

Do you only do cats and dogs?

We welcome all pets! To date some of the special animals we've illustrated include horses, geckos, rabbits, parrots and hamsters!

Am I able to change my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to change the shipping address once the item has dispatched.
